Guitar Sensation Jimena Fosado to Drop New Single from Upcoming Album

LOS ANGELES, Calif. –  Rocker Jimena Fosado will make “Chasing the Moment” her first single from her much-awaited debut album. The single will be released on May 1, just ahead of the rock guitarist's debut album “Living the Unknown.” The new song will be available on Amazon, iTunes, Spotify and many other platforms.

“I’m very excited about releasing this new single and giving fans a taste of what the new album will be like,” Fosado said. “It’s an instrumental song, like the rest of the album, but it’s all about getting the goals you have in mind. All the good times and bad times, we all go through changes and challenges that make us have a target to succeed after all the madness that happened. Time never stops.”

The new single features the gifted guitarist at her melodious best as she moves from a combination of chords into a powerful solo performance that accentuates her rock, rhythm and shredding skills with a touch of prog rock and metal. 

Known for her work with such artists as legendary guitarist Steve Vai and veteran Pink Floyd saxophonist Scott Page and others, the 22-year-old guitar phenom is bringing her unique musical style to fans who have come to know her from her live performances. 

“I am very excited about the new album,” she said. “It’s more metal and heavy rock, it may include a few blues elements and rock, and even electronic. But I also will have pop, jazzy, and rock songs. Different things that people may like.”

Having grown up in Mexico City, the talented artist has a passion for a variety of music that speaks of her early days as a child listening to her father’s vinyl records of 70s and 80s popular music. With influences from Eric Clapton and Santana to Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Linkin Park and many others, Fosado is creating a sound that underscores her years of musical training and her own eclectic tastes.

“I love all kinds of music from various artists and eras,” she said. “It’s what I tell kids when work with them and help them understand how they can get inspired and creative with a guitar. I want to transmit what I feel and connect with people, it’s the most important thing to me”

Meanwhile, Fosado is preparing for a summer tour in the U.S. as she collaborates with many different artists that have millions of plays on streaming platforms. She will be playing at festivals where Halsey and Wiz Khalifa will be headlining.

E!’s ‘Face Forward’ Returns on March 24 to Snapchat

LOS ANGELES - E!’s Snapchat Show “Face Forward” is returning to Snapchat’s Discover Page on Saturday, March 24 at 6 am ET. All 16 new episodes will be available Saturdays worldwide and previously released episodes will be available using Snapchat’s Search feature. Beauty guru Patrick Starrr, online hair sensation Tiarra Monet, and celebrity stylist Johnny Wujek reunite as they meet deserving young women who are ready for a complete style overhaul culminating in a celebrity-inspired photo shoot. Season one “Face Forward” averaged 5 million unique viewers per episode.

Also returning is Abercrombie & Fitch as the exclusive launch partner for the first half of the season. This new season of “Face Forward,” along with “The Rundown” and “What The Fashion” is the latest to launch as part of E!’s successful partnership with Snapchat.

'Suits' Returns on March 28 to USA Network

LOS ANGELES – USA Network’s acclaimed series “Suits” is set to return at 9 p.m. Eastern/Pacific on March 28 as part of the network’s new spring lineup that includes scripted originals COLONY (May 2), QUEEN OF THE SOUTH (June 21) and SHOOTER (June 21) all returning for exciting and action-packed third seasons. Also returning this spring is unscripted original CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST, which premieres its sixth season on May 8 and celebrates its 100th episode on June 19.

SUITS began when legendary hotshot lawyer Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) took a gamble by hiring Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), a brilliant but not-so-legitimate college dropout, as an associate at his prolific Manhattan law firm. Nearly seven seasons later, this dynamic duo, along with Louis (Rick Hoffman), Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel (Meghan Markle), have become a family intertwined in one another’s triumphs and tribulations.

Over 1,500 dogs representing more than 200 eligible breeds and varieties compete in the annual BEVERLY HILLS DOG SHOW PRESENTED BY PURINA. Canine contestants walk an awards show style red carpet after group judging. Created by NBC Sports Group in a multi-year agreement with the Kennel Club of Beverly Hills and Purina, the two-hour television presentation includes special features depicting canine life in Beverly Hills, as well as the traditional dog show judging of breeds and groups. The evening culminates with the crowning of Best in Show – and also features the seven Best in Show finalists walking a fashion-show style runway while the judge decides the champion.

CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST – Season 6 Premieres Tuesday, May 8 at 10/9c

The hit reality series CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST follows the entertaining lives of outspoken patriarch Todd Chrisley and his over-the-top Southern family, which includes his loving wife, Julie, their charming, strong-willed children, Chase, Savannah and Grayson, and Todd’s beloved mother, Nanny Faye.
