USA Network to Reboot 'The Biggest Loser'

NEW YORK, NY – USA Network has announced that it will reboot THE BIGGEST LOSER, one of the most popular and longest-running unscripted franchises in television history. The 10-episode season from Endemol Shine North America, in association with Universal Television Alternative Studio, is expected to debut on USA Network in 2020.

USA’s THE BIGGEST LOSER will feature a dynamic new team of experts determined to dramatically improve America's lifespans and waistlines. The revamped version of the iconic NBC hit competition series will feature men and women competing to not only lose weight, but to improve their overall wellbeing. Each episode will feature a team of experts including a trainer, chef and life coach, who will help guide the contestants as they embark on the biggest transformations of their lives. In addition to reboots, USA is building on the successes the network has had in unscripted, with popular family docu-comedies like CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST and its spinoff GROWING UP CHRISLEY, and WWE-inspired series like the hit MIZ & MRS. Docu-comedy THE RADKES joins the schedule this summer, while second seasons of freshman series TEMPTATION ISLAND, GROWING UP CHRISLEY and MIZ & MRS were recently announced.

THE BIGGEST LOSER is produced by Endemol Shine North America in association with Universal Television Alternative Studio. Sharon Levy, DJ Nurre and Georgie Hurford-Jones serve as executive producers for Endemol Shine. THE BIGGEST LOSER is based on the format created by David Broome. Todd Nelson, JD Roth and Broome also are executive producers.

'Suits' Returns on March 28 to USA Network

LOS ANGELES – USA Network’s acclaimed series “Suits” is set to return at 9 p.m. Eastern/Pacific on March 28 as part of the network’s new spring lineup that includes scripted originals COLONY (May 2), QUEEN OF THE SOUTH (June 21) and SHOOTER (June 21) all returning for exciting and action-packed third seasons. Also returning this spring is unscripted original CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST, which premieres its sixth season on May 8 and celebrates its 100th episode on June 19.

SUITS began when legendary hotshot lawyer Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) took a gamble by hiring Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), a brilliant but not-so-legitimate college dropout, as an associate at his prolific Manhattan law firm. Nearly seven seasons later, this dynamic duo, along with Louis (Rick Hoffman), Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel (Meghan Markle), have become a family intertwined in one another’s triumphs and tribulations.

When the back half of Season 7 returns, Harvey must deal with the aftermath of Jessica (Gina Torres) losing her license while trying to process how the kiss with Donna will affect his relationship with Paula (Christina Cole). Mike tries to juggle his commitment to the firm, his passion for pro bono work, and his engagement to Rachel. All the while, Louis struggles with right and wrong as his torrid affair with Sheila (Rachael Harris) deepens.

COLONY – Season 3 Premieres Wednesday, May 2

COLONY’s third season begins six months after the Bowmans’ escape from the Los Angeles bloc as Will (Josh Holloway) and Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) struggle to rebuild their family in the world beyond the walls. When their peaceful existence is shattered, they are sent on an odyssey that will finally reveal the horrifying truth behind Earth’s mysterious occupiers and once again force our heroes to choose sides.

QUEEN OF THE SOUTH – Season 3 Premieres Thursday, June 21 at 9/8c

QUEEN OF THE SOUTH tells the powerful story of Teresa Mendoza (Alice Braga), a woman who is forced to run from the Mexican cartel and seek refuge in America. In Season 3, Teresa strikes out on her own, determined to build a new empire for herself. But as enemies old and new close in, she realizes that being Queen will require more work -- and more sacrifice -- than she ever imagined.

SHOOTER – Season 3 Premieres Thursday, June 21 at 10/9c

Based on the best-selling novels by Stephen Hunter and the 2007 Paramount film starring Mark Wahlberg, SHOOTERfollows the journey of Bob Lee Swagger (Ryan Phillippe), a highly decorated veteran who must confront a nemesis from his past in order to return to a life of normalcy. In Season 3, mysterious details are revealed surrounding his father Earl's death, leading Bob Lee towards a startling conspiracy that hits close to home.

BEVERLY HILLS DOG SHOW PRESENTED BY PURINA – Two-Hour Special Airs Sunday, April 1 from 6-8pm ET/PT

Over 1,500 dogs representing more than 200 eligible breeds and varieties compete in the annual BEVERLY HILLS DOG SHOW PRESENTED BY PURINA. Canine contestants walk an awards show style red carpet after group judging. Created by NBC Sports Group in a multi-year agreement with the Kennel Club of Beverly Hills and Purina, the two-hour television presentation includes special features depicting canine life in Beverly Hills, as well as the traditional dog show judging of breeds and groups. The evening culminates with the crowning of Best in Show – and also features the seven Best in Show finalists walking a fashion-show style runway while the judge decides the champion.

CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST – Season 6 Premieres Tuesday, May 8 at 10/9c

The hit reality series CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST follows the entertaining lives of outspoken patriarch Todd Chrisley and his over-the-top Southern family, which includes his loving wife, Julie, their charming, strong-willed children, Chase, Savannah and Grayson, and Todd’s beloved mother, Nanny Faye. As the kids grow up and enter new phases of their lives, they often go their own ways, but no matter what happens, they know they can always come home, and Todd will make sure they always do…especially when he needs them most.

THE CROMARTIES – Season 1.5 Premieres Tuesday, May 8 at 10:30/9:30c

THE CROMARTIES are back and bigger than ever with the birth of baby Jhett and Gmama moving herself in! For the first time since being drafted into the NFL 11 years ago, Antonio Cromartie is officially retiring from football and is a full-time dad. Terricka loves having Antonio home to help raise their kids, but her husband’s OCD, intense competitiveness and his raising their kids the same way he would coach a football team may prove to be too much for the whole house! Amidst all the excitement at home, Antonio and Terricka handle kids and marriage one play at a time. There’s not exactly a playbook for parenting, but as a team, the Cromarties are making their own rules.

USA Network Reveals its Fall Schedule

NEW YORK – USA Network’s fall schedule was announced today, including the premiere date of the new original series DAMNATION on Tuesday, November 7 at 10/9c. The co-production from Universal Cable Productions and Netflix follows a bloody battle set in the 1930s as the fight between rich and poor escalates, centering on a preacher and the new strikebreaker in town.

SCRIPTED ORIGINALS (in order of air date)

MR. ROBOT – Season 3 Premieres Wednesday, October 11 at 10/9c

The critically acclaimed and Golden Globe®-winning MR. ROBOT follows Elliot Alderson (Emmy® Award winner Rami Malek), a cyber-security engineer who, along with Mr. Robot (Golden Globe winner Christian Slater) and fsociety, starts a revolution to change the world. Picking up immediately following the Season 2 cliffhanger, Season 3 will explore each character’s motivations and the disintegration between Elliot and Mr. Robot. The series also stars Portia Doubleday, Carly Chaikin, Stephanie Corneliussen, Martin Wallström, Grace Gummer, Michael Cristofer, Bobby Cannavale and Emmy Award nominee BD Wong.

DAMNATION – Series Premiere Tuesday, November 7 at 10/9c

An epic saga about the secret history of the 1930s American heartland, DAMNATION centers on the mythic conflict and bloody struggle between big money and the downtrodden, God and greed, charlatans and prophets. The pilot introduces Seth Davenport (Killian Scott, “71”), a man masquerading as a small town Iowa preacher in the hopes of starting a full-blown insurrection against the status quo. Focused on his mission, he is unaware that an industrialist tycoon has hired a professional strikebreaker named Creeley Turner (Logan Marshall-Green, “Quarry”) to stop the uprising by any means necessary. But unbeknownst to those around them, these two men already share a secret bloody past. The series also stars Sarah Jones, Chasten Harmon, Melinda Page Hamilton, Christopher Heyerdahl and Joe Adler. USA Network’s hit reality series CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST follows the entertaining lives of outspoken patriarch Todd Chrisley and his over-the-top Southern family, which includes his loving wife Julie, their charming, strong-willed children Chase, Savannah and Grayson, and Todd’s beloved mother Nanny Faye. When the show returns for the back-half of Season 5 this fall, Chase celebrates his 21st birthday, Nanny Faye pulls an epic prank on Todd, Savannah hosts a fashion show and the family comes together as Julie awaits word on an all-too-familiar health diagnosis.

ACCORDING TO CHRISLEY – Series Premiere Tuesday, September 12 at 10:30/9:30c

Serving as the perfect nightcap for Chrisley fans, the new half-hour after-show ACCORDING TO CHRISLEY will feature Todd tackling the truth about marriage, parenting, sex and relationships. With his tough love, sharp tongue and always humorous approach, Todd will interact with an audience, serving up quick-witted advice on a multitude of topics. Additionally, every episode will feature a member of the Chrisley family, as well as a celebrity guest. Confirmed guests include Ali Landry, Chris Jericho, Nicole Sullivan, Erika Girardi, Metta World Peace, Jason George, Christina Milian, Heather and Terry Dubrow and Carmen Electra.
